Our Legal 500 recognised client is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive capable of independently managing a caseload of drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.
Joining the Firms successful Private Client department, the team is committed to delivering exceptional service and will consistently ensure clients' instructions are handled efficiently and promptly, while upholding the firm's professional and procedural standards. You will demonstrate a professional and proactive approach coupled with excellent client care skills and the ability to use own initiative and sound judgement. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer looking for a role that will allow them to continue to develop their skills and knowledge.

What will be expected of you?
- Administration of Estates
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax
- Assisting with casework
- Dealing with a range of Wills, Probate and LPA matters
- Estate administration
- Applying for and obtaining the grant of probate
- Setting up trusts
- Settling any tax liabilities and affairs
- Tax planning
- Maintaining accurate time costing procedures
- Excellent IT Skills -familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills
- STEP qualification preferable but not essential
