An exciting opportunity has arisen with a top tier legal 500 firm for a solicitor with 2+years' post-qualification experience to join an expanding Private client team with excellent progression opportunities to senior associate.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a range of technical and diverse estate and tax planning matters, going beyond the mere drafting of Wills. Responsibilities will include:
- providing comprehensive estate planning advice, preparing Wills, Trusts and other wealth management instruments
- administering lifetime trusts, advising on compliance and taxation, preparing Powers of Attorney for various purposes,
- administering estates and trusts, and engaging in business development activities
