875 - Product Manager (Software) - Norwich - £50,000-£65,000

Cloudscope are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing start-up business seeking a Product Manager. Our client's turnover has grown substantially in the last 12 months. They are expanding their experienced tech team to align with turnover growth; this is their first Product Manager hire in the UK. The successful applicant will work closely with a team of project managers, developers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and ongoing development of their products.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the product development from conception to launch
  • Define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Gather and analyse user feedback and data to drive product improvements and enhancements
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, with design and development teams to create user-friendly and innovative product experiences
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product strategy, updates, and progress

The Candidate:

  • 3 or more years’ experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software development company
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience in Agile development and working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value to users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This role will suit an experienced product manager that can hit the ground running in a software related environment. You will be comfortable working in a tech startup environment too, using various methodologies to deliver results. The right candidate will also be willing to work from the office when required and become an integral member of the team.
