Product Promoter - Bicycle Industry

Quality personnel has an exciting new opportunity for our market leading client within the leisure and sports industry. To support their expansion plans, they are looking to employ a Product Promoter/Tech to support the retail network in ROI and NI to cover all our brands. The ideal candidate would be Cytech trained (upskilling by our client to Cytech level 2 if required) who has sound bike knowledge, is passionate about all things bikes, technically minded, loves interacting with retailers and consumers and wants to be part of a dynamic and fast paced business.

The Role

• Work with Sales Account Managers and the retailer network to ensure effective delivery of product training and provide technical support across the network.
• Attend events throughout the year and you will be Brand Ambassador for all their brands at all consumer and trade events.
• Carry out dealer visits for shop demos and open day events, and help to implement in-store promotions.
• Support retailers with professional visual merchandising support for brands. Training will be provided.
• Use your technical knowledge to enable you to provide rapid triage first stage technical support for any urgent issues in order to provide customers with the best possible support.
• Engage closely with the dealer network and feedback to our Marketing Team on instore marketing support needs, brand awareness and in store merchandising opportunities. Promote Shimano Service Centres, Cytech training and Freewheel initiatives.
