Are you an experienced Manufacturing /Production Manager with a passion for driving excellence in all you do?

As the Production and Installation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production and installation processes, ensuring seamless workflow, and meeting customer order requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing production teams, optimising productivity, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating installation projects, liaising with stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily production to meet customer order requirements and budgetary targets.
  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily production goals and productivity targets.
  • Coordinate installation projects, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the production and installation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and expenses incurred.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions.
  • Champion brand values both inside and outside the business.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control processes and health, safety, and environmental procedures.

The Person

  • Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources.
  • Experience in coordinating installation projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001) is advantageous.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
