Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that our client is looking for a Production Operative to join their expanding team in Farnborough!

Are you a team player that is disciplined and organised? This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team with overtime available. Please note that this is a part-time, temp-perm position only.

You will need to have great communication skills and be willing to learn and drive for continuous improvement.

Duties include:

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Liaising with basic machinery (training included)
  • report equipment faults to maintenance staff.
  • Working in a fast-paced environemnt
  • Driving to deliver phenomal targets

Hours start from 6:00am and finish at 14:30pm.
