Are you a Production Operator with experience on working on Flexographic Printer machines and with relevant manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry with relevant experience of flexographic printing?

On offer is an independent, family-owned manufacturer that has been established for over 35 years, specialising in bespoke corrugated packaging. With continued growth, an opportunity arises for a Production Operator to join the team, responsible for production resources, operating the Flexographic Printer, and providing shift handovers.

This role suits a Production Operator with hands-on experience working on Flexographic Printer and has a great understanding of various product ranges within the packaging industry.

The Role:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines
• Monitor the printing process to ensure consistent print quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the printing process
• 2 alternate rotational shifts (Early: 05:45 to 14:00 - Late: 13:45 to 22:00)

The Person:

• Experience in flexographic printing
• Understanding of design and production
• Computer literacy, able to use MRP's
