As a Section Manager, you will be accountable to the Production Manager for the operational output within your designated section to effectively manage all operations and ensure KPIs, targets, and business objectives are met. You will meet all requirements in terms of legislation and company policy, ensuring the safety of employees, equipment, infrastructure, and products.

• Being responsible for the management and development of Team Leaders and colleagues within their zones
• Leading your section on all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards adherence
• Being the section lead for customer visits and audits, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across a range of areas
• Carrying out line side SICs to filter information to the Production Manager for the shift SIC
