What You Will Do:

• Ensure the efficient running of production in your areas of responsibility through effective management of people and processes.
• Manage individual performance, conduct, and capability to ensure your team is performing at its best.
• Drive 5s standards, reinforcing and ensuring accountability amongst the team.
• Represent the Planning and Operations in meetings, showcasing leadership and strategic planning.
• Exercise the authority to stop Production or shipment if quality standards are not met
• Coach the Team against the IATF 16949:2016 Standard requirements, including CSRs and automotive core tools.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
• A formal qualification in Operational Leadership, Business Management, or a related field is desired.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of effectively leading people, processes, and projects
• A hands-on, positive attitude and the energy to achieve results.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and a commitment to maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
• Proven knowledge and experience of the automotive core tools, either AIAG or VDA variant: AQPQ, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.
