Are you an experienced Project HSE Manager seeking your next challenge? Look no further! We're in search of a dynamic, motivated and hands-on Project HSE Manager to spearhead HSE initiatives for upcoming and current offshore wind projects, the position will be based onshore.

Based in the Northeast of England our client has the flexibility for both a fixed term contract role or on a consultancy basis.

Payrate / Salary is open to discussion and subject to experience.

Duties and Responsibilities: Project HSE Manager 

- Provide expert advice and support to Project Directors and Management team on HSE activities and issues.
- Liaise with Project Management, Client HSE representatives, and Company QHSE Management where required.
- Supervise HSE personnel activities across the site.
- Assist and develop the continuing Project HSE Management System throughout the company.
- Ensure adherence to Contract, Client HSE Requirements, Company HSE Standards, and relevant local/international regulations.
- Conduct HSE audits, lead investigations, and devise emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Assess, review, and monitor HSE activities and vendor performance, maintaining compliance with Corporate and Client HSE requirements.

Requirements: Project HSE Manager 

- Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing HSE projects.
- NEBOSH certification is essential.
- Proven track record of working on both onshore and offshore wind projects.
- Thorough understanding of international HSE standards would be preferable but not essential.
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse project teams.
