Description

As a Project Manager, your role will be to lead on project delivery from inception right through to implementation. The organisation are looking to implement new back office systems across HR, Finance & Customer Relationship Management - this will be the primary focus for any successful candidates.

As well as the IT delivery, you will be responsible for the change management process and ensuring that the correct processes are in place to support the implementation of new internal systems.

You will work with C suite stakeholders to help take them on a journey as the business adopts new technology and it will be your responsibility to provide continued clarity around requirements, holding teams to account and keeping them engaged.

Profile

If you have experience implementing ERP/CRM systems or cloud migrations within a small-medium sized organisation, then this role could be for you!

The successful candidate should be ablet to demonstrate that they can wear multiple hats and be comfortable working within an environment that can sometimes be a little ambiguous. With this, comes lots of opportunity to help drive change adoption throughout the business and if you have not only led on IT projects but change management/ business readiness too, please apply.

The successful candidates must have strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating closely with C Suite. At this level, you must be able to influence and engage and feel comfortable presenting to a board.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have project management qualifications such as Prince 2/ Agile PM and at least 5 years' experience doing a similar role.
