Fed up with a handbrake malfunction on your career and need something that will put a spring back into your step? Something which offers fulfilment, variety, excitement and where you’ll also be constantly doing new things? Read on!

This is a chance where you can create a better story for yourself stepping away from the mundane, in a role which will see you knee-deep in handling the finer details of campaigns - just think mega cool events, design, creative, film and maybe a bit of animation, too. All with an agency that has fully embraced how people want to work, develop & progress, underpinned by an endearing culture, not too serious, just damb good at they what they do.

The role:

If you’ve spent time thinking how you can work with an eclectic mix of iconic names that will elevate your career, you'll be hard pushed to beat this Project Manager opportunity. This agency has an unreal record of illuminating the brand presence of their clients, whether that’s through a barnstorming event, or creating campaigns across all touch points that move the heart & mind.

They didn’t lose heart in Covid, in fact they got better and better at going deeper to understand how they can help brands stand head & shoulders above their closest rivals. In this role, you’ll be taking the reins on all projects, so think budgets, timescales, harnessing internal & external communication, ensuring the seamless transition of briefs, from ideation to execution.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, bringing together different projects; event promotion strategies and materials, including social media campaigns, email, content, video & film, and you wil absolutely love getting into the hustle & bustle of projects that needs a calm & considered head on their shoulders.

What we’re looking for

This will suit someone who’s looking to move up the ladder and can bring those moments of calm when there’s a few plates spinning, all with an air of tact & diplomacy - knowing when to push, guide or gently cajole people along. The real key is being able to take the lead on the creation, development, and implementation of events, from mass participation to the niche & stylish flagship ones, along with a smattering of supporting campaigns, both online & offline.

You’ll probably need a few years agency Project Management experience under your belt and you'll be able to collaborate effectively, with different people, both internally & externally. Culture is huge & it will only suit someone who is grounded and approachable and is simply top notch at creating superb client & inter-agency relationships - you will be running their key accounts, with existing and potential clients, leading and owning the main relationships.

You’ll need that pragmatic mindset coupled with extensive experience of overseeing the logistical side to events, including a sound appreciation of the digital landscape. The martial art of flexible thinking is key to this role, and it may suit someone who’s operated as a PA prior to moving into the events space.

What’s in it for you?

A salary of up to £40,000, plus the opportunity to work for an agency which values people and has changed beyond recognition over the last few years and is continuing to grow and prosper. You’ll also be getting 25 holidays, plus BH, hybrid working, plus many more things to make your working life more enjoyable. They’re flexible thinkers & just want people to enjoy what they do.

You will also be working in an environment which positively encourages career and personal development coupled with the opportunity to work on brands which will give your CV kudos and gravitas. You will also be part of a management team which has significant input into the direction of the agency. Take the shackles off your career & give it a shot.
