Responsibilities:

As the Fit-Out Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects within the East Anglia region. You will be responsible for managing up to three projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £500,000 to £10 million. This includes the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. Your adept project management skills will be pivotal in developing and maintaining project schedules, managing budgets effectively, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in workmanship and materials. Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget. Your leadership will extend to guiding a team of skilled professionals towards project success, collaborating with internal teams, and conducting regular site inspections to uphold project specifications.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

• Proven track record as a Fit-Out Project Manager OR a Site Manager with a proven and consistant track record within the interior fit-out industry.
• Success in delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide the team effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or time served tradesman  
• SMSTS
• First Aid
