Project Manager

12 Month+ Contract

£30-33 per hour (Umbrella)

Hybrid working (on-site Greater Manchester)

**Must be able to obtain SC Clearance**

Our client, a global organisation, urgently require an experienced Project Manager to undertake a long term contract.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

  • Project Management experience
  • Experience gained within an Engineering/Manufacturing environment would be beneficial
  • Proven track record in delivering fixed cost programmes

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide support to the Programme Managers and Manufacturing Management Team to define, plan, direct and deliver the manufacturing projects
  • Manage stakeholder interfaces including internal customers and ensure accurate reporting of progress against all aspects of project performance
  • Planning, facilitating and providing support to the success of large scale contracts throughout the product life cycle
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with internal customers
  • Ensuring accurate reporting of progress against all aspects of project performance and interpreting requirements back to manufacturing
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of contract risk and opportunity plans/budgets
  • Support tendering/bidding activities associated with the successful acquisition of future business
