A unique opportunity has arisen to support an emerging women's' fashion brand with their operational and project management to support the new wave of store openings. This is truly an exciting opportunity to partner with a fashion brand with ambitious plans for growth across the UK. As a retail operations manager and project manager you will be the support to head of retail and head of operations in managing the critical path to these stores opening.

Collaboration is key and the role entails working with a high number of business partners both internally and externally. As operation manager you will need to develop and maintain strong relationships and communication channels to ensure the retail teams are supported in the best possible way.

As retail operations manager your key responsibilities will be:

• Co-ordinate the Retail calendar, project managing new initiatives through to final delivery.
• Point of contact and support on new store / concession openings.
• Managing the critical path
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Key Head office stakeholders.
• Support the Head of Retail in the preparation of store budgets, and provide payroll data feedback.

Skills and Attributes:

• Demonstrable track record of having managed new store openings in a retail environment
• A strategic thinker with the ability to identify potential risks and opportunities as businesses grow and plan accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to connect with people at all levels and all areas of a business.
• A proven track record of playing a key role in high performance team.
• A proactive attitude
• Ability to travel to stores across the UK with occasional overnight stays.
• Experience in project management
• The brand is open to looking at FTC and permanent candidates
