A dynamic mid-sized construction consultancy in the vibrant city of Bristol is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Quantity Surveyor to enhance their growing team.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will find yourself immersed in a range of stimulating and complex projects across diverse sectors including Residential, Retail, Industrial, Education, Hotel, and Commercial, all located in the South West.
This role offers an exceptional pathway for career advancement, providing a structured and clear progression route to a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
Furthermore, the role is designed to equip you with the necessary tools and support to attain MRICS status, setting a solid foundation for your professional development. In this role, the Project Quantity Surveyor will also have the valuable opportunity to mentor junior team members, guiding them towards taking on greater responsibilities and stepping into future management roles.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
- 3+ years PQS / Consultancy experience
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Construction related degree (QS ideally)
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge

- £40,000 - £50,000
