As an experienced Loss Adjuster,  you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service while adhering to the company claims philosophy.

Joining a small, but established team, you will attend HNW/VIP clients residential homes or commercial properties in the event of an escape of water or fire damage claim.  You will complete the first visit and manage each loss through to successful completion, including supplier management for an on-going caseload of circa 90 losses, with a value typically up to £100K, but can exceed to higher limits.  You will split your working week between site visits and home working to complete administrative tasks.  In addition, you will help mentor and guide less experienced team members, and be trusted to be a technical referral point.

To be considered, you will have experience in a field based adjusting role and be competent in dealing with escape of water losses and fire damage.  Customer satisfaction is paramount, you will be dealing with HNW and high profile customers.  It's imperative that you have a flexible approach to work and are adaptable during surge situations.  It would be advantageous if you also had professional qualifications such as ACILA/ACII, if not, these will be funded for you.

This is a remote opportunity, however to compliment the existing team, you will live in the West London, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire.
