Residential Property Manager (AST portfolio)

Salary: Up to £33,000

Location: North Birmingham

We are currently working with a leading property business, who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager to help with their tenanted portfolio.

The role will provide a great opportunity to work directly on a single landlords portfolio, giving you a great amount of autonomy in the day to day running of the properties:

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with tenants, assisting them with general queries and providing an excellent level of customer care.
  • To manage the full tenancy process, including deposit handling, reference checks, move-in's, renewals and check-outs.
  • Instructing estate agents where necessary to undertake appraisals and advise on refurbishment works.
  • Ensure all properties are compliant and have a good knowledge of EPC, EICR, Gas Safety.
  • Liaise with contractors regarding day to day maintenance and any reactive works.

Working hours: 9:15am to 5:30pm.
