Hours Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30am / Alternate Sat 9.00am - 4.00pm with TOIL

The Company:

Our client has been serving the community for over 30 years. They specialise in properties in the Clarendon Park, Stoneygate, and Knighton areas, but have expanded to cover the entire South of Leicester. Their services include residential sales, professional & student lettings, and investment advice. The company is known for its quality service, professionalism, and client-centric approach.

The Job:

As a Student Lettings Property Manager, your role involves overseeing properties specifically for student tenants. Here are the key duties associated with this position:

Providing an Exceptional Student Experience:

  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of student tenants.
  • Addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.

Property Inspections and Maintenance:

  • Visiting properties to assess repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Ensuring that repair work is completed satisfactorily.
  • Arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors.

Check-In, Check-Out, and Room Turnaround:

  • Managing the process of student move-ins and move-outs.
  • Coordinating room cleaning and preparation for new tenants.

Tenant and Contractor Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords.
  • Handling escalated customer-related issues and providing emergency support.

This is a varied role in a dynamic environment with lots of client interaction and relationship building. You'll be working with a great team at a respected company within the student lettings sector.
