This is a fantastic property management agency looking for someone who has demonstrable experience within this sector who can effectively maintain and scrutinize maintenance standards checklists to ensure high quality upkeep of premises and communal areas.

You will be given an introductory portfolio around Zone 1 & 2 and stretching to Watford. You will only spend 1 day a week out on site, photographing and recording any jobs which will need to be completed.

As part of the training scheme, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your AIRPM paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! If you already have this qualification, this will be taken into account in your salary.

Salary ranges between £40,000-£45,000 on top of an extra £3,600 car allowance for travel! That being said, the company operates on a hybrid working environment so going into the office is only mandatory for 1-2 days of the week!
