Property Manager / Administrator

Location: St Helens

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in Liverpool?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team and manage our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, as well as identify potential new properties to add to the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintenance standards.

• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.

• Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and financial records accurately.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders. Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management, ideally within both residential.

• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proven ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
