Urgent Property Manager required in Central London! £32,500 - £42,500 + Package!!

I am currently working with a Property Management Company with over 20+ years experience in the market. They offer services such as Sales & Lettings, Valuations, In-house Maintenance, Property Management, Chartered Surveyors, Refurbishments & Social Housing. Utilising their expert experience to help deliver tailored services for their clients and investors.
Your new role
The Property Manager role is solely office based from Monday - Friday, working from 09:00 17:30. Day to day duties include

• Renewals
• Planned Maintenance
• Drafting ASTs
• Serving Section 8 & 21's
• Referencing Tenants
• Managing Sub-Contractors
• Handling all Compliance
• Full responsibility for your Property Portfolio

Desirable Requirements

• Qualification of Level 2/3+ Award in Residential Letter & Property Management
• Experience in working in the Property Industry
• 1+ Years experience working in a Property Management Role
• Experience supporting multiple teams and directors
