Property Lettings & Management Company

An established rapidly expanding lettings business.

The job involves, dealing with all aspects of lettings, including paperwork, ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date, as well updating the company database and dealing with maintenance.

The role will involve liaising with our landlords, tenants and contractors, therefore written and oral communication skills are essential as are computer skills.

The ideal candidate will need a car and expenses will be paid. Candidates must have experience in lettings.

Hours: 40 per week

Work from Nottingham office
