Protection Adviser - Whole of Market

We are currently working with a Central London based Mortgage business (part of a prestigious firm of Estate Agents) that wishes to recruit a specialist Protection Adviser to join their busy team.

There is a strong flow of referrals from circa 45 Mortgage Brokers, and you can expect to receive around 15-20 qualified leads per week of which at least 1 in 4 are likely to be converted. The client conversations are based around Mortgage Protection, and the average Mortgage size is circa £400K

The firm has an excellent support framework, with comprehensive training programmes for everybody. You will be supported by an extremely efficient administration team, who handle all post application administration. The firm has ambitious growth plans and, as such, there is realistic opportunity for progression.

During induction (3-4 months) you would be expected to be full time office based, after this you will gradually move to a hybrid working arrangement where ultimately you are only expected in the office two days per week.

The role is employed, with a basic salary starting at £30K, and the opportunity to earn significant bonus. Once fully up and running, it is possible to earn in excess of £80K.

To be considered, you must hold either CeMAP1 or the R05 qualification. You must also have been working in a Protection Adviser role for at least 12 months.
