Our client is looking for a test lead to join their client facing team and ensure the quality of diverse areas of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the test team.
  • Test planning, analysis, execution, and defect management.
  • Cover different areas such as unit, component integration, system, regression, load, performance, and security test practices.
  • Identify issues throughout the process and come up with solutions.
  • Constant communication with the team and client.
  • Support the implementation of a quality assurance framework.
  • Ensure quality throughout the delivery life cycle by incorporating stages such as scoping, design, development, testing, deployment and support, maintenance, optimisation, and change).
SKILLS
  • Previous experience working with databases or marketing automation tools.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Experience testing within and end to end software development and delivery life cycle.
  • Previous experience Snowflake/ MySQL/ MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of working with customer data platforms or customer views.
  • Back-end development experience.
  • Background working within a marketing agency.
