Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

Project / Senior QS / Project Manager required for Herts-based Retail Fit Out client in hybrid working role

* Outside Scope of IR35 / Limited Company working*

I have an urgent requirement for a Project or Senior level QS / Project Manager to both commercially and project manage retail shopfit projects.

The role is based between the client's office in Herts, including working from home and site visits.

You'll ideally have experience of both QS and PM roles, or either, and be capable of running your own projects concurrently. Fit Out / Interiors experience is required, preferably within the retail / shopfit sector, though not essential.

The role is available on a freelance (Outside Scope of IR35 / Limited Company working), temp-to-perm or perm basis - the client is flexible for the right person.
