A multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a close knit Quantity Surveying team, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their unique and diverse team in Surrey.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Head of Quantity Surveying in leading multiple, high-end residential projects (valuing up to £10M) from inception to completion including advising on procurement strategy and contractual claims.

Project wise, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working on an array of high-end residential projects, including new build developments and comprehensive refurbishments.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • MRICS, or a minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects
  • PQS / Cost Management work experience
  • Driving licence
