Temp -Perm Receptionist 

We are currently recruiting for a Temp-perm Receptionist 
Located Near East Croydon 
Open to hourly rate depending experience - Perm Salary 24-30K 

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
Our client is a well known Head office; of a school Education Trust. 
Based on Site Monday-Friday 8-5PM 
  • The role would entail greeting visitors
  • Answering phone calls
  • Managing correspondence
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO team by scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and maintaining records.
  • Your contribution to the smooth functioning of the office would be vital in ensuring that the CEO team can focus on their core responsibilities.
ABOUT YOU
  • Flexibility and ability to respond to multiple demands and to prioritise.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues and visitors.
  • Good networker, able to build relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work on own initiative and part of team
  • Ideally holding an up to date DBS check or we can run one for you
