Receptionist

We are looking for candidates who would like to do Car Dealership Reception work. Working various hours over the summer months, to cover for holidays. If you are immediately free for work and have excellent customer services skills and could accommodate ad hoc shifts in the week and also weekends. We would love to hear from you. Paying £11.44 per hour working hours between 8-6pm weekdays 9am - 5pm Saturday 10- 4pm- Sunday.

What will I be doing as a Temporary Receptionist?

• Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the dealership
• Answering all incoming calls and announcing and directing calls to departments
• Taking down and passing on accurate messages
• Being attentive to customer needs, replenishing drinks, clearing empty cups, ensuring all hospitality areas are clean and tidy
• This dealership is extremely busy and requires the candidate to be proactive and to be able to think on their feet

• Previous reception / customer service skills essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multi task and use their own initiative
• Confident telephone manner
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Professional and presentable in appearance
