Are you a friendly, organised, and customer-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity to be the face of our Client? We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join a busy team, working for a business in Sheffield. You will provide front desk support to visitors and be the first point of contact for the business.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist include:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Booking travel for colleagues and supporting the back off sale function with data input
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Answers enquires via telephone and email, addressing and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth communication and office operation

Skills and qualities required of the Receptionist:

  • Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Professional appearance and a courteous approach to handling interactions
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
