We are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to join our client's team to assist in providing a seamless experience for their customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to customers and visitors to the dealership.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle viewings, test drives, and service appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organised to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Further information:
  • Pay: £11.44 per hour
  • Working hours: 08:30-17:30 Shifts available Monday to Friday.
  • Shifts available on 30th May, 24th, 26th & 27th June with more to become available.
  • Full training and site induction provided.
  • Weekly Pay each Friday and Paid annual leave - PAYE. Access to pension.
  • Dedicated local Consultant. 24/7 contact available.
