The Role: Recruitment Administrator
The Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm or Part Time is negotiable
Location: Brighton and WFH
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Plus Commission
Rubix Recruitment are expanding and looking for a Recruitment Administrator to help with resourcing and administrative duties. This is a great time to join a rapidly growing Recruitment Agency.
Job role
- HR process knowledge would be a benefit (CIPD Level 3 or currently undergoing CIPD at any level a distinct advantage)
- Experience of working under pressure to tight timescales
- Resourcing and matching candidates to vacancies that Rubix Recruitment are dealing with.
- Ability to multi-task with a range of relatively complex support/administration activities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
- Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Monitor and prioritise workflow to achieve deadlines.
- Excellent PC skills - MS Office, SAP, Workday, Recruitment systems experience desirable
- Be a self-starter and motivated to execute this role to an excellent standard
- Respect and maintain confidentiality
- To have a proactive approach and flexibility to support team and colleagues where needed
- Diplomacy, resilience and tenacity will be required
Candidate requirements:
- Previous Recruitment Administration experience within a busy Recruitment/Resourcing environment
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone manner
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
