£26K-£30K Basic Salary (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will establish and maintain relationships on a B2B level, mastering your craft and becoming the go to Consultant in your niche.

My client covers an array of vertical markets in the Technology and Engineering space, specialising in bridging the gap between hypergrowth clients and high level talent in the market.

It is your responsibility to sell your clients to your candidates and vice versa, as well as pitching your own services to all parties involved.

As well as building longstanding partnerships over the phone, you will meet with your clients in-person and use your account management acumen to grow revenue from your existing customers.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates using various methods, such as online platforms, referrals, networking events and more.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and fit for the role.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients and candidates.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the recruitment industry.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for finding the best talent for your clients.
