We are one of the UK's top 200 recruitment companies and have an exceptional record with high profile key clients. We are now looking for an additional Senior Resourcer to add to our team.

The position

We are looking for an experienced Resourcer or Delivery Consultant to join our vibrant and friendly team. or Recruiters. You will be involved with candidates primarily and will be talking to existing contractors, searching for new candidates, organising interviews and negotiating starts for professional people.

About you

Ideally you will be an experienced Resourcer or a trainee who is looking for an opportunity to grow your career quickly by demonstrating your abilities on the telephone and your desire to succeed. You will be confident and capable and will be motivated to earn excellent commission and bonuses through your hard work.

The benefits

You will be paid a good basic salary (negotiable) and will have a commission scheme that is tailored to yourself. You will also benefit from both team and individual incentives and bonus schemes.
