Position: Refrigeration Engineer with some AC experience

Location: Liverpool

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £16.00 to £17.50 hour with door to door travel and an annual pay review

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer for a full time permanent position covering the North West.

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of refrigeration plant from cellar cooling up to large walk in cold rooms. There could be a very small number of split systems on some of these sites.

These sites will include pub chains, stadiums, university’s, schools and other commercial sites.

The right person for this position will have a strong refrigeration background. They will need to have experience in the leisure industry as well as working on the larger refrigeration systems. We do need this engineer to have at least basic knowledge of air conditioning

This is mobile position covering sites across Lancashire which will include Liverpool, Cheshire, Pendle and Lancaster.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of commercial refrigeration
  • Strong fault finding and repair experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • F Gas certificate
  • Based in either the Liverpool or Cheshire area
  • Must have some basic knowledge of air conditioning and be willing to work on it if needed.
  • Experience in the leisure industry is preferred.
  • Any experience on catering equipment would be an bonus

Package

  • Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
