Key Attributes for Regional Manager:
- Proven experience in care, with a strong background in managing teams across multiple sites
- Expertise in Residential services, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health
- In-depth understanding of supported living and Residential services in accordance with CQC guidance
- Familiarity with CQC KLOE Assessment Framework and Regulatory guidance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Track record of managing services to a high standard
- Skilled in influencing colleagues at all levels within an organisation
- Adaptable and flexible in response to changing business needs
- Collaborative experience with other Regional Managers or equivalent roles
- Resilient, creative, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Commitment to Continued Professional Development
- Possession of a driving licence for necessary travel
