Regional Senior HSE Advisor/Manager

We are looking for an experienced HSE professional with a solid understanding of engineering and CDM who is local to the South Birmingham area.  You could be an experienced Senior HSE Advisor looking for autonomy over 3 sites; or a HSE Manager already, looking to progress from just one site to oversee 3 sites in the Birmingham area.

Are you passionate about managing health & safety protocols? Do you have the experience and skills to make a difference in behaviour and culture change? Are you comfortable with the uncomfortable?

You will be responsible for implementing risk assessments, procedures and training, as well as sitting on committees and forums where your strategic opinions will be heard.

Ability to influence and implement culture and behaviour change and manage operational stakeholders is a must.  You will also need to be approachable, direct, competent and confident to manage 3 sites with complete autonomy
