£40k - £50k DOE, Research Manager - Manchester, Hybrid 2 days a week

After spending many millions overhauling their technical platform this business is investing heavily in delivering the best customer experience they possibly can.

This means investing in your department and development of research in the organisation.

If you enjoy working out the science behind communication, designing surveys, delivering focus groups and you enjoy getting into the mind of the customer then providing in-depth research for this company with be for you.

You will be focusing on Customer experience and working with the team using your research on how that can be delivered.
