Resident Service Manager
£26,000 plus bonus of 10%
Manchester

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join  as a Resident Service Manager,  As part of our dynamic team, you will be the primary, customer facing representative for our current and prospective residents, ensuring an exemplary experience from first enquiry to move-in, and on to an enduring and sustained residency experience.

  • Lead team efforts to achieve an average occupancy level of 95%
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • Create accurate inventories and schedules of condition
Preferred Requirements:
  • Prior experience in property management is preferred but not essential
  • Strong understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Experience in problem-solving and finding solutions
  • Knowledge of company processes, properties, and legislation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ARLA or equivalent property qualification desirable
  • Excellent administrative skills and high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
