Our client, based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, are keen to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to take on a busy and mixed caseload. This full-service firm has been running for over 40 years and are well-known for their expertise and commitment to their clients. This role will suit a qualified residential conveyancer who is looking to develop further.


In this role you will be managing a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, investment properties, freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property, leasehold flats, transfers of equity, new builds, and lease extension.

The firm are wanting to speak with qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers who have at least 1-year PQE within a conveyancing role. You must have experience handling a diverse caseload of conveyancing files and have good knowledge of post completion procedures.
