The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting developer clients, focusing on the sales of units within residential schemes. The day-to-day responsibilities are diverse and engaging, ranging from drafting contract packs for developers and agents to issuing these to buyers' solicitors. The role demands a proactive approach to regular reporting, providing developer clients with updates and managing deadlines effectively.

A keen eye for detail is essential, as the role involves responding to enquiries with the guidance of a solicitor, handling exchanges, and overseeing both pre and post-exchange administration. The role includes managing deposit payments from buyers' solicitors and ensuring accurate payments to clients and funders.

The scope of this position extends beyond unit sales, offering the chance to delve into residential sales and purchases, as well as refinance matters that encompass investment portfolios and development finance issues. The role also encompasses managing Part Exchange purchases, which includes reviewing title, client reporting, raising enquiries, and conducting thorough property due diligence.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess outstanding organisational skills, a meticulous approach to their work, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with the property sector.
