Residential Property Solicitor

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm are looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of residential property matters and will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of high net worth clients. On offer is hybrid working and a competitive salary of up to £60k.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate advice
  • Handle complex and high-value transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience in Residential Property matters
  • Experience in managing a busy caseload of high net worth clients
  • Strong technical skills and experience in handling complex transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
