An exciting opportunity to join a well respected consultancy firm seeking a Resourcing Manger to join the team on a temporary basis!

Resourcing Manager - Consultancy

Up to £70k - West London

Hybrid 3 days WFH - 6 months temporary

Resourcing Manager responsibilities:

  • Support People Partner overseeing resourcing and commercial pipeline
  • Manage internal resourcing processes, e.g. timesheets, change in projects, assigning consultants to projects
  • Forecast resourcing demands to identify gaps in projects/workforce
  • Present reports on staff utilisation, business performance and market trends
  • Work with in house recruitment to source for vacancies

Resourcing Manager experience:

  • Extensive background in a resourcing/projects based role
  • Professional services background highly desirable
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder skills
  • Hard working and muck in attitude
