This unique opportunity would suit someone who enjoys being an all-rounder in a Restaurant, working directly alongside the owner to deliver the different service steps to guests. It would also be ideal for someone who prefers quality instead of quantity with close attention to detail, given this is a small intimate venue.

Overlooking the shore of Loch Broom and facing the mountains, the role will also be suited to someone who prefers the lifestyle of a peaceful rural location in the Scottish Highlands.

Live In Restaurant Supervisor Job in Scotland (Ullapool) Highlights:

• Hourly rate of £13 + Tips.
• 40 hours per week.
• Ideal for someone who wishes to develop themselves in a 3AA Rosette venue with 5 Gold Star rated guest rooms.
• Live In/ Accommodation available – £75 per week with bills included – A spacious flat, private bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom.
• Restaurant closed for 6 weeks in January to mid-February and 2 weeks end of July/ start of August. (Annual holiday allowance will need to be taken during these weeks – but we can discuss the possibility of other ad-hoc days throughout the year).

Live In Restaurant Supervisor Job in Scotland (Ullapool), Job Overview:

As a small, intimate venue, your role will as an all-rounder who will assist with all the front of house aspects of the guest journey. From taking bookings, to arranging special requests, greeting, and seating the customer, taking orders and serving wines… you will be there at each step of the journey. With three 5 Gold Star guest rooms on site, up to 6 guests will stay overnight and enjoy breakfast in the Restaurant.

Supporting the Restaurant owner on service; they will be very happy to upskill and train someone to Rosette standard of you have an excellent attitude who truly cares about the guest experience. Welcoming up to 18 guests per service, this really is a case of quality over quantity.
