As a Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our high standards of service. From managing day-to-day tasks to providing guidance to our team, you'll be instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests.

Key Responsibilties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
  • Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry desirable but not essential
  • Not afraid to get stuck in and help out in all aspects of the restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work between 36-39 hours per week, on a shift basis including evenings and weekends.
