Our client is looking for a Revit Technician to join their well-established Building Services Consultancy. The firm have over 40 years' experience delivering design and technical support across the Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Retail and Educational sectors.

Revit Technician Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree or Master's
  • Relevant Revit MEP experience
  • Understanding of building services engineering
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Full clean UK driving license with own vehicle
  • Navisworks clash detection experience
  • Proficient with software's such as Revit & CAD
  • Understanding of COBie

Revit Technician Duties:

  • Liaise with the mechanical, electrical, and public health design engineers and other technicians
  • Create Revit elements and objects
  • Understand system and shared parameters
  • Interpret engineer's designs and relay into an architectural base model in Revit format, and produce 2D design stage drawings in accordance with the RIBA Wok Stages 1 to 5
  • Maintain Revit and CAD standards
  • Support with ventilation/heating/cooling systems, water services, drainage, electrical systems, and containment
