Revit Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for a Revit Technician to join a well-established building services consultancy on a range of multidiscipline projects in their offices in St Albans.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Work alongside mechanical, electrical, and public health design engineers and help deliver on a range of multidiscipline projects
  • Take designs produced by engineers and translate this into architectural models using Revit software
  • Develop 2D drawings that coincide with RIBA Wok Stages 1 through to 5
  • Coordinate MEP services with building structures and other related services

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Have a relevant building services degree or related technical qualification
  • Relevant experience within a Revit MEP Technician role
  • Good understanding of the Building Services industry and UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Full UK driving license and live within a commutable distance to the St Albans office
