We are seeking a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team in the worktop industry. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth sales processes. If you have a strong background in sales administration, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Headley, Thatcham, Berkshire. 

Shift time: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 (Some Saturdays may be required to work) 

Salary: £28k-£30k DOE 

Responsibilities

  • Process Orders: Handle sales orders via email or phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Accuracy: Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Client Communication: Contact clients to obtain missing information or address queries.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Sales Reporting: Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Feedback Loop: Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Sales Targets: Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

Requirements and Skills

  • Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and high level of dedication.
  • Deadline Management: Ability to work under strict deadlines.
