You should ideally share these qualities. This is a fantastic opportunity, with the right candidate having dedicated training so you can hit the ground running.

We are looking for a genuine people person, someone who's able to potentially engage with customers and who wants to develop a sales or management career within the construction supplies / building materials sector. Many of the Senior Management started at this level and this is an industry where you can still be genuinely rewarded for hard work!

No experience is required but personality definitely is! Full training is provided and there is a clear induction program to bring you up to speed. You will spend 4 days per week in on-the-job training and 1 per week focusing on your Apprenticeship course (typically this will be done remotely either from home or in the office). Depending on which course, they tend to last 18 months, at the end of which you will achieve an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in your chosen field.
