Commercial Sales and Customer Service Advisor

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm + monthly bonus

Estimated earnings in first year- and additional £3.5-4k in bonus, on top of salary

Salary depending on industry experience- £24-29k

I am excited to be working in partnership with a leading insurance company based in Dartford to find the perfect candidate to add to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join this company in a highly consultative and advice driven environment where you will be assisting customers to choose policies that are right for them. Experience within Insurance, Financial Services or similar industries and an excellent telephone manner is essential.

Duties:

• Follow up any email or phone enquiries
• Speaking to customers and advising on the best offers
• Working towards targets and securing sales
• Diary management and prioritising call backs
• Updating customer details on the online system

Skills required:

• Previous experience in an Insurance environment or similar
• True passion for exceptional customer service
• Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task seamlessly
• Communicative and confident when speaking with clients
• Honest, conscientious, and professional
